This is a branch of Jinrui Mina Menrui, located inside Mitsui Outlet Park. The soy sauce-based broth has a strong bonito dashi flavor, which is right up my alley. The noodles have a firm, whole-wheat-style texture. Since it's in a food court, it's easy to visit even with family.
